Hapi 2.2.70 · Latest
27 October 2026Opens again on every supported Mac: versions 2.2.53 to 2.2.69 could close the moment they started on macOS before 26.4, and this one fixes it. Everything Hapi does today. A calm notepad with Today, Recordings and ⌘K search; a daily brief of what is overdue and what is next, where you can tick items off; meetings that Hapi notices within seconds, with a speaker per person, attendee avatars and summaries in the language of the meeting; voice notes that start instantly even with AirPods connected; notes that sync to your iPhone. Connect Claude, Codex, Cursor or any MCP assistant in one click to search your meetings, with everything read on your Mac. Pick this unless you have a reason not to.
Download 2.2.70Hapi 2.2.52 · Classic layout, most polished
27 September 2026The last version with the original dashboard layout, before the notepad redesign. It is the most refined build of that design: meeting recordings survive headphones being switched and your Mac going to sleep, back-to-back meetings all get their summary, and empty meetings are flagged instead of disappearing. Pick it if you prefer the dashboard over the notepad.
Download 2.2.52Hapi 2.2.41 · Summer build
15 July 2026A steady version from mid-July with the classic dashboard. Dictation handles mid-sentence corrections ("the Italian place, sorry, the Japanese one") and keeps your punctuation, and search works straight after a fresh install. It predates the September round of recording and summary improvements in 2.2.52. Pick it if a newer version gives you trouble on your Mac.
Download 2.2.41Hapi 2.2.38 · Earliest recommended
12 June 2026The oldest version we still recommend, from June. "Join & record" starts reliably with AirPods and other Bluetooth headphones, and Hapi tells you clearly if a recording could not start. It lacks the later dictation and search fixes in 2.2.41. Pick it only if you need to go back further.

Hapi 2.2.70
Hapi opens again on every supported Mac
- Versions 2.2.53 to 2.2.69 could close the instant they started on macOS earlier than 26.4. That is fixed: Hapi runs again on macOS 14.2 and later.
Notch
- Notices like "Recording stopped" now unfold straight down from the recording notch, at the same width, instead of appearing as a separate, narrower bar.
- Hovering the recording notch only extends it downwards; the part around the camera stays still.
- "Transcribing" is no longer hidden behind the camera, and the auto-stop countdown and "Copied, press ⌘V" notices are readable below the notch.
Also
- Check for Updates is now in the Hapi menu, next to About Hapi.
- AI model downloads are verified against a fixed checksum before Hapi uses them.
Hapi 2.2.69
Voice notes with AirPods
- With AirPods connected, voice notes now record from your Mac's microphone, so they start instantly and your AirPods keep their full sound quality.
- Prefer the AirPods mic? Switch it in Settings → Dictation → Mic with AirPods.
Meetings
- WhatsApp calls are detected again, even after macOS restarts its audio service.
- Slack huddles and Zoom (app and web) show their name in the prompt instead of "Other".
- No more prompt while you wait in a Google Meet lobby in Safari, and Zoom is no longer labelled as Google Meet.
Hapi 2.2.68
Meetings
- Hapi notices browser calls (Google Meet, Zoom and Teams on the web, Slack huddles) in a second or two instead of up to half a minute.
- A new "Record?" prompt grows out of the notch: what was detected, a countdown ring around the check, and ⌘R / Esc once you point at it. Hover to pause it.
- The recording bar now sits flush with the MacBook notch, and notch notices (like "Screen recording off") appear below it so you can read them.
- The meetings list shows who attended, with their avatars.
- Calls in Dia no longer get a stray prompt that hid the next real one.
Voice notes with AirPods
- While AirPods switch on their mic, the notch says "Connecting…", then turns into a green check when it is safe to speak, so your first words are no longer lost.
Today
- Hover an overdue item in the brief to mark it done or dismiss it.
Settings and fixes
- Settings are reorganised: meetings first and fewer rows on show.
- Connecting Claude, Codex, Cursor or opencode (Settings → AI assistants) works again: the bundled server crashed on start in 2.2.66.
Hapi 2.2.66
Today
- The daily brief is now a timeline: one line on what matters today, then overdue follow-ups and today's events, each linked to the meeting it came from.
- In the evening or at the weekend, the brief shows your next day with events instead of an empty card.
- Overdue items older than a week no longer crowd the brief.
Meetings
- Summaries are tighter: clearer decisions, and no example text leaking into your notes.
- Click a topic title to fold it open or closed; double-click to rename it.
- The transcript has a timeline rail with a colour per speaker, and you can hide names.
- Speakers are attributed more precisely where one person stops and the next starts, and Hapi only splits speakers in a meeting when it is confident.
- You can delete a single next step. Deleted items stay deleted on your iPhone too.
AI assistants (MCP)
- Connect Claude Code, Claude Desktop or any MCP app to Hapi from Settings → Integrations. The server now ships inside Hapi, so Connect works in one click.
- Assistants can search your meetings, people, action items, agenda and memories. Email bodies and private notes stay hidden unless you allow them, and everything is read on your Mac.
Fixes
- macOS no longer keeps asking for your Mac password for Hapi's license.
Hapi 2.2.62
Speakers
- Meetings now separate each person who speaks, instead of grouping everyone else as "The rest". Hapi gets the number of people right far more often, even without a calendar invite.
- Each person gets their own colour. Their name appears once, the first time they speak, and a small coloured square marks their later lines, so you read the conversation instead of a column of names.
- Each line shows what that person actually said, so sentences no longer break at the wrong speaker.
- When Hapi has a good guess for an unnamed speaker, it shows "maybe Matt?" in that person's colour. One click confirms it.
- "Re-identify speakers" now updates the meeting in place, and the waveform animates while Hapi is working on a meeting.
- The note menu now has "Show speakers", "Show timestamps" and "Rename" for each speaker.
- Invitees who didn't join, or who were invited twice under different emails, no longer add a phantom speaker.
- Each word of the transcript belongs to exactly one speaker, so nothing is repeated in the transcript or the summary.
- Meetings you already recorded keep the speakers they had.
Reliability
- The warning that a recording captured only silence now appears only when that is really the case.
Today
- The daily brief is easier to read.
iPhone
- Choose between three app icons: Clouds, Ivory or Black.
Hapi 2.2.60
Summaries
- Regenerating a summary keeps the current one until the new one is ready, so a failed attempt never leaves you with nothing.
- Long meetings resume summarizing where they left off, and very long turns no longer overflow the on-device model.
- Action items keep their latest status (done, cancelled) instead of reverting to an earlier mention.
Reliability
- A summary that fails for a temporary reason is retried automatically instead of being given up.
- Upgrading the AI model no longer removes the current one before the new download is complete.
- Hapi checks that the AI model fits in memory before loading it, including older installed models.
- If the recordings list fails to load more items, you can retry instead of the list just ending.
- A local memory error is no longer reported as a cloud credits problem.
Appearance
- On first launch the main window opens at a comfortable width.
Hapi 2.2.59
Appearance
- New "White" background palette replaces Cool.
Meetings
- Teams calls are no longer ended early when you join after the pre-join screen.
Reliability
- Hapi always opens its main window at launch.
- A summary interrupted by quitting Hapi now resumes instead of being abandoned.
Hapi 2.2.58
AI
- Pro: in hybrid mode, use your own self-hosted model server (Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint), with automatic fallback to on-device AI.
- Optionally allow email bodies to go to your own server — off by default.
- Regenerating a summary now shows its progress, and the local-summary note can be dismissed.
Appearance
- New clouds app icon by default. The previous icons stay available in Settings → Appearance.
Reliability
- Fewer hangs during meeting detection.
Hapi 2.2.57
Summaries
- "Retry" on a failed summary works again.
- Local summaries stay in the meeting's language from start to finish.
- Local summaries recover from a section the model couldn't read, instead of failing every time.
- Next steps no longer get assigned to someone who wasn't in the meeting.
Recording
- Starting a meeting from Today or an event keeps its title and shows "Join now" for the call.
- Everything about recording now uses one red.
- Tidier topic headers and shortcut hints; granted permissions show in green.
Hapi 2.2.56
A new look
- Hapi is now a notepad: one calm column with Today, Recordings and Settings, plus back/forward history and ⌘K search.
- A live meeting is its own page: take notes while you record, with @mentions, real bullets and ⌘B/⌘I/⌘K formatting.
- Today shows your daily brief and your next video calls.
- A floating bubble or the notch shows when a meeting is recording while you work elsewhere.
- Redesigned first-run setup that fits any window size.
- Cleaner meeting pages: people, Start/Join now for upcoming calls, and a simpler menu.
Summaries
- Local summaries cover long meetings more completely.
- "Regenerate summary" now explains what went wrong when it can't finish.
iPhone
- Notes, participants and accent colour now sync between your Mac and iPhone.
- Sync fixes: summaries from iPhone recordings, edits and deletions now arrive reliably.
Reliability & performance
- Lower memory use after meetings on 16 GB Macs.
- Fixed a crash after meetings on macOS 14 (speaker identification is paused on macOS 14 for now).
- Fixed a stall at launch.
- Meetings with no action items no longer show as failed.
Hapi 2.2.55

- Fixed a stall at launch.
- Meetings with no action items no longer show as failed.
Hapi 2.2.54
Meetings
- More reliable meeting detection on macOS 14.4 and later: Hapi now follows the call itself instead of scanning windows.
- Browser voice notes, mic tests and dictation are no longer recorded as Google Meet calls.
Transcripts & summaries
- Names and terms Hapi already knows (attendees, your custom dictionary, earlier meetings) are now spelled correctly in transcripts and summaries.
- Summaries no longer present proposals as decisions, and report facts more faithfully.
- Action items name who committed to them, and deadlines like "Thursday" become real dates.
Reliability
- If on-device AI has to pause, Hapi tells you right away and offers a restart.
- Fixes for brief freezes during meeting detection.
Hapi 2.2.53
Meetings
- Choose how Hapi records meetings: Off, Ask, or Always.
- Recording now ends on its own when the calendar event finishes or after a maximum length, with a "Keep recording" countdown.
- Back-to-back and double-booked meetings are no longer mislabeled or merged together.
- The participants panel shows who actually attended, and speakers are named more reliably.
- Offer to resume a meeting recording after your Mac wakes up.
- Hapi now tells you when a meeting captured almost no speech, so you can check your microphone.
Recording & transcription
- Connecting AirPods or other Bluetooth headphones mid-meeting no longer leaves gaps or silent recordings.
- Other participants' audio recovers automatically if it goes silent during a meeting.
- Your voice and other participants' audio are transcribed separately, for more accurate speakers.
- Spanish meetings no longer drift into English.
- Voice notes keep their first words, even right after launch.
- A recording health indicator shows that everything is being captured.
- Recordings take less disk space.
Summaries & AI
- Clearer on-device summaries for long meetings: purpose, agreements and next steps with owners.
- Faster, more reliable on-device model for the Best and Pro tiers.
- Cloud summaries read the whole meeting at once, and action items no longer time out.
- The latest cloud models are always available, and each summary shows which model wrote it.
- Search now understands Spanish as well as English.
- Short meetings keep their tasks, and very short recordings no longer get an invented summary.
Performance & privacy
- Lower memory use on 16 GB Macs and fixes for many brief freezes.
- Transcription-only setup for Macs with less than 16 GB of memory.
- Meeting links and codes are no longer written to Hapi's logs.
Hapi 2.2.52
Recording reliability
- Pressing the voice-note hotkey during a meeting no longer stops the meeting recording.
- Switching headphones or audio devices at the end of a call no longer leaves a phantom recording or a transcript without audio.
- Hapi now recovers faster when AirPods or other devices change several times in a row.
- Other participants' audio is no longer switched off when you talk for a while and they stay quiet.
- Your Mac no longer goes to sleep while Hapi is recording, and a recording interrupted by sleep no longer leaks into your next voice note.
- Meetings where no speech was captured are now kept and clearly flagged, instead of silently disappearing.
- Fixed meeting recordings that played back sped up ("chipmunk" audio).
Summaries
- Back-to-back meetings no longer end up without a summary or title.
- A meeting whose summary keeps failing is no longer retried on every launch.
- Long on-device summaries no longer switch off local AI until restart.
Fixes & privacy
- Removed a Pause button that didn't actually pause the recording.
- The "couldn't start recording" message now explains the real cause.
- Menu-bar items are now correctly enabled or disabled.
- Dictated text, window titles, meeting titles and chat content are no longer written to Hapi's logs.
- Fixed several brief freezes in the dashboard, calendar, audio devices and model unloading.
Hapi 2.2.51
Fixes
- Fixed a recurring dashboard hang on wider windows — replaced the two-column layout with one that doesn't fight itself over sizing.
- Fixed a hang when restarting the global hotkey listener (e.g. after waking from sleep).
- Fixed a hang formatting very long transcripts.
- Fixed a hang triggered by a browser tab with an unusually long URL.
- Fixed a hang when stopping or rebuilding system-audio capture during a meeting.
- Fixed a hang where the window would briefly freeze while remembering its position during a display change.
Hapi 2.2.49
Fixes
- Fixed two rare startup hangs where a slow audio or window-lookup response from macOS could briefly freeze Hapi.
- Fixed a case where a meeting's speaker segments could end up empty when word timings didn't line up with the diarized segments.
- Stopped filing a diagnostic report when a cloud AI request falls back to local because the Mac is briefly offline — that's expected behavior, not a bug.
Hapi 2.2.48
Fixes
- Fixed a bug where a browser tab with an unusual URL could freeze Hapi for several seconds while checking for meetings.
- Reduced a startup rendering delay seen on some Macs.
Hapi 2.2.47
Screen Assistant
- Screen Assistant is now off by default and marked BETA — it's still evolving and can occasionally misfire, so turn it on knowingly. A warning now explains this right where you enable it.
Fixes
- Improved accuracy of automatic diagnostic reports, so recurring issues are tracked correctly instead of resurfacing as duplicates or getting reopened after being resolved.
Hapi 2.2.46
Fixes
- Fixed a dashboard crash on first-time meeting briefings when two attendee emails resolved to the same contact.
- Fixed several cases where Hapi could briefly freeze — loading pending transcriptions, connecting an Obsidian vault, and during first-launch integration setup.
- Fixed a worker diagnostic that could misreport a successful meeting as having silently failed.
Hapi 2.2.45
Pricing
- The free 30-day Hapi Pro trial is back — every new install gets it automatically, no license required.
- When it ends, you keep the free Voice Notes tier, or upgrade to Local/Pro to stay on the full app.
Hapi 2.2.44
Fixes
- Calendar meetings with a Google Meet link that weren't showing up on the dashboard now sync correctly.
- Meetings that were already titled (or too short to title) no longer show a false "title failed" error.
- Fixed two cases where Hapi could briefly freeze for a couple of seconds — when loading a meeting's audio, and when starting a recording while the microphone warms up.
Hapi 2.2.43
Pricing
- Local and Pro are now paid from day one — the automatic 30-day free trial on first launch has been removed for new downloads.
- Backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
- If you downloaded Hapi before March 1, 2026, nothing changes for you — your access stays free.
Hapi 2.2.41
Reliability
- Added anonymous, privacy-safe diagnostics that help us see whether the app started and finished recordings cleanly, and whether it crashed or was force-quit by the system on the previous launch. No audio, transcript, or personal content is ever included.
- Added crash and hang diagnostics (via Apple's MetricKit) to catch issues we can't otherwise see.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug where semantic search silently failed to index anything after a fresh install, because the downloaded embeddings model was being looked for in the wrong folder.
Hapi 2.2.40
Voice notes
- Better handling of mid-sentence self-corrections when dictating — if you correct yourself (e.g. “the Italian place, sorry, the Japanese one”), Hapi now keeps just the corrected version more reliably.
- Hapi now preserves the punctuation and capitalization from transcription instead of reformatting it, so dictated text reads more naturally.
Hapi 2.2.39
Fixes & improvements
- Fixed meeting reminders that could pop up for calendar events you had already deleted, even after restarting Hapi.
- The “Show in Dock” setting now takes effect reliably.
- Your global recording shortcut no longer leaks its key into whatever app you’re typing in.
- On unsupported Intel Macs, Hapi now shows a clear message instead of crashing — Hapi requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later).
Hapi 2.2.38
Meetings
- Fixed an issue where “Join & record” could freeze and fail to start, especially when using Bluetooth headphones or AirPods.
- Hapi now automatically recovers when the microphone isn't quite ready at the moment recording starts, instead of giving up with an error.
- If recording genuinely can't start, Hapi now tells you clearly with a notice — instead of opening the meeting while nothing is being recorded.
Hapi 2.2.37
Reliability
- Crash reporting now pinpoints the exact code involved in a crash, so rare issues get diagnosed and fixed much faster.
- The bug report form now shows a clear error message next to the Submit button when a report can't be sent.
Hapi 2.2.36
Meetings
- The record prompt now appears within a couple of seconds of joining a meeting, instead of taking several seconds to show up.
Hapi 2.2.35
Transcripts
- Fixed an issue where long meeting transcripts could lose large portions of the conversation during text cleanup. Meetings now always keep the full verbatim transcript.
Speakers
- More reliable speaker identification in two-person calls: the remote participant is now correctly separated and labeled instead of being mixed into your own speech.
Notifications
- Declining a meeting recording prompt now keeps it dismissed for that meeting. The prompt only returns when that meeting actually ends and a new one starts.
Hapi 2.2.34
Meetings
- Multi-person meetings now separate each participant into their own speaker, instead of grouping everyone except you into a single "Them". When your calendar invite lists the attendees, Hapi labels the speakers by name.
- Speaker labels now appear in the transcript by default, so you can see who said what at a glance. You can still hide them with the speaker toggle in the transcript view.
Hapi 2.2.33
Meeting recording stability
- Fixed an issue where quitting one browser would stop a meeting recording that was actually hosted in a different browser. Your recording now keeps going as long as the meeting is still open where it started.
Settings
- The diagnostics and usage-metrics switches in Settings now toggle reliably and are easier to tap.
Hapi 2.2.32
Meeting recording stability
- Fixed a case where recording a Google Meet — especially in the Dia browser — could stop on its own after a short time while you were presenting or screen-sharing. Hapi now keeps recording and relies on screen detection to end the meeting, so presentations are captured in full.
Hapi 2.2.31
Cloud summaries fixed
- When using cloud AI (hybrid mode), a meeting could finish with a title but no summary or next steps if your OpenRouter balance was low or the chosen content model was a costly one. Hapi now uses a tighter token budget for summaries so requests stay affordable, and when a cloud request is rejected for billing it tells you clearly (add credits or pick a cheaper model) instead of silently producing nothing.
Hapi 2.2.30
Fresh-install setup fixed
- On a clean install, Parakeet transcription and speaker diarization could get stuck permanently at "queued" while other models finished downloading. They now download and finish setup reliably.
Google Meet recording
- "Join & Record" no longer stops recording prematurely while you're still waiting in the Google Meet lobby before the call starts.
Anonymous usage metrics
- Hapi now shares anonymous, aggregate usage metrics so we can see which features get used and improve the app. It's on by default, with a disclosure — and never includes your audio, transcripts, meeting titles, entities, chat, or any personal data. Turn it off any time in Settings → Diagnostics.
Hapi 2.2.28
Cloud summaries fixed
- Meeting summaries, action items, and entities now generate reliably in hybrid/cloud mode. Fixed a bug where they could come back empty even with a valid, funded OpenRouter key — the request was reserving the model's full token ceiling and getting rejected on modest balances.
Calendar linking for recordings
- A manual recording no longer attaches itself to an unrelated upcoming calendar event. Its title and participants are managed by AI instead.
- You can now link a recording to a calendar event yourself: in a meeting's Participants panel, tap + Add → Link to event and pick from your next events.
Under the hood
- Your OpenRouter API key now lives in the data-protection keychain, so it's shared cleanly across app updates and the background post-processing helper.
Hapi 2.2.27
Essentials download — visibility & retry
- The "Finishing setup — downloading essentials" pill no longer silently stalls at 75% when one of the four background downloads fails. It now shows exactly which asset is downloading or stuck, and gives you a Retry button when something errors.
- Title-model retries now ramp 30 s → 2 min → 5 min before surfacing an error, giving flaky CDNs about 7.5 minutes to recover before bothering you.
- A 90-second stall watchdog flags downloads that are technically alive but no longer receiving bytes (NAT drops, CDN hiccups), so they fail visibly instead of hanging forever.
- New Settings → Required Models panel lists every essential with size, status, and per-asset Retry — plus an "Open models folder" shortcut to inspect what's actually on disk.
Onboarding — local model picker
- Step 2 now shows all three local content tiers (Good / Best / Pro) with the recommended one pre-selected for your Mac's RAM, instead of hiding the other two. Tiers above your RAM ceiling are dimmed with a "Needs 24 GB+" label.
Under the hood
- New automated test harness (storage fuzz, concurrency monkey, pipeline soak, UI smoke) — runs in CI / nightly to catch regressions before they ship. Silent in production.
Hapi 2.2.26
Meeting titles
- Editing a meeting's title now actually persists. The save path was unawaited on a Sendable actor, so the SQL UPDATE was silently dropped in some build configurations — fixed by properly awaiting the write.
- Titles auto-save after one second of stopped typing; an inline "✓ Title saved" confirmation appears next to the action buttons and fades after 1.5 s.
- Database migration v64 repairs the FTS5 search indexes for titles and transcript content. A trigger bug in the previous schema corrupted the index every time you edited a title, eventually causing a "database disk image is malformed" error on any update; the new triggers use SQLite's documented external-content recipe and no longer corrupt the index.
Hapi 2.2.25
Participants card
- The "+ Add" affordance in the Participants card is now always visible, so you can attach a person, company, or project to a meeting even when none are linked yet.
- Hovering over a participant reveals an "×" to remove them from the current meeting — matching the existing behaviour on company and project chips.
Semantic search install
- The GTE-Small download now resolves cleanly. The earlier 404 caused an "unzip exit 9" error on the Semantic Search row in Settings; the model is now hosted on the same R2 origin that serves the Hapi DMG.
Hapi 2.2.24
Hybrid mode fixes plus visibility into when post-processing silently misses outputs.
Hybrid mode (OpenRouter)
- Summary, action items, and auto-title now run on cloud-only installs. Previously, installs without a local content model would silently skip those steps even when OpenRouter was configured for the route — meetings ended up transcribed but with no summary, no action items, and only the calendar title.
Diarization quality
- Meetings where one speaker dominates the captured audio, or where large silent stretches suggest weak system-audio capture, are now flagged with a warning banner in the transcript detail view instead of being marked "completed" without comment.
Diagnostics
- Post-processing worker exits now distinguish "all expected steps completed" from "process didn't crash". When a step is silently skipped (e.g. due to a missing provider), it is reported through the existing soft-fail telemetry channel so we can spot regressions in the field.
- Cloud LLM requests that fall back to local are recorded as diagnostic events with the route, provider, and error message.
Hapi 2.2.16
Meeting recording
- "Start recording" from the Dashboard now uses the same canonical flow as the "Join & Record" notification — the calendar is refreshed on stale caches and the meeting's title, attendees, and platform are reliably retained through stop and post-processing.
Hapi 2.2.15
Onboarding and first-run improvements. The DMG is now ~47 MB; Parakeet, diarization, VAD and the Qwen title model download on first launch so you only get what matches your hardware.
Onboarding
- "Essentials" progress now accurately reflects every required model — the Qwen 0.8B title model download is included and the bar climbs smoothly to 100% before you can continue.
- Saved OpenRouter keys are re-verified against the API on launch instead of trusted blindly, so a key revoked since a previous install no longer shows as "validated".
- "Start using Hapi" now reliably closes the onboarding window.
Hybrid mode
- The 1.4 GB local chat model no longer auto-downloads for users on Hybrid or Cloud — chat already runs through your OpenRouter key in those modes. Switching back to Local-only pulls it on demand.
Hapi 2.2.10
Audio-capture fixes for browser meetings, plus stability and content-repurposing tweaks.
- System-audio capture: improvements to
CoreAudioSystemTapandSystemAudioCaptureManagerfor Chromium-based browsers (Dia, Arc, Brave, Chrome, Edge) so meeting audio is captured reliably - Meeting detection: refinements in
MeetingDetectionManagerfor stricter active/inactive transitions - App lifecycle: small
AppDelegatetweaks - Content repurposing: improvements in
ContentRepurposingManager
Hapi 2.2.9
Production release with all bundled models (Parakeet TDT v3, speaker diarization, silero-vad, Qwen3.5-0.8B title model, Qwen3-1.7B tools model) shipped inside the .app — no first-run model download required.
Launch reliability
- Fixes the AMFI launch rejection (POSIX 163 "Launchd job spawn failed") that affected 2.2.8 on macOS 26 — Release entitlements no longer claim APNS or iCloud entitlements that the Developer ID profile cannot authorize, and the embedded Apple Development provisioning profile is stripped from the shipped bundle.
Stability
- Stabilized post-processing and recording gates to prevent jetsam SIGKILL on constrained-RAM Macs
- Propagate OpenRouter API key to the post-processing worker so cloud LLM steps run reliably end-to-end
- Action-item LLM fallback skip and auto-title fallback under constrained RAM
Meetings & quality
- Hallucination filter and trusted-participants enforcement in meeting summaries
- Browser-authoritative ScreenCaptureKit guard and audio-capture telemetry
- Per-subtopic context, entity edit, and improved speaker attribution
- Scope conference-URL dedupe to start time and add month-aware day labels
Licensing & billing
- Lemon Squeezy billing provider with webhook validation and grandfathering for beta users
- License tier system (Free / Local / Pro) with runtime gates and locked-preview UI
- Sparkle update filter by tier and Free→Local backfill
- Email-gated trial download with v3 redesigned transactional emails
Onboarding & UI
- Onboarding refactor with passive permission probes and recovery pills
- How-it-works and disclaimer pages, warmer cream palette on website
- Free dashboard preview shows the real dashboard with mock data
Note: macOS↔iOS sync via CloudKit is disabled in this Release — re-enabling requires registering an iCloud Container against the Developer ID app ID in Apple Developer Portal.
